PRODUCTS

How long will it take you to ship my order?

I can typically ship orders within 2-3 business days. Occasionally there are unexpected delays, but I do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, it takes about 2-7 business days for delivery within Canada.  International shipping can take 15-21 business days.

Can I request more stock of a sold out item?

Not at this time.

Are your clothing items sweat shop free?

Absolutely! All of the brands I supply come from companies who believe in social responsibility and are dedicated to ethical standards of conduct.

What is your return/exchange policy?

I accept exchanges on Canadian orders (International orders, please choose carefully and don't hesitate to contact me with questions before your purchase!) and can exchange items (based on availability) of the same or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. I kindly ask that the item is in its original condition, clothing not worn or washed. Beyond 30 days, unfortunately I can’t offer an exchange.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

To exchange a clothing item for a different size or style, please include a note detailing the size and style you would like to exchange it for. If the size you request is sold out, you will need to consider another style. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your new item will be shipped.

You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs incurred for the return and new shipment. Please note I am not liable for the loss of your item being returned.  Please email info@littlebylittleic.com to obtain return mailing address.

My order is International, how much will I have to pay for Customs?

Please check Duty taxes (www.dutycalculator.com) as each country is different.

COACHING

What does your coaching look like?

My coaching is similar to life, health or nutrition coaching, but specific to the plant-based/vegan lifestyle.  Vegan isn't just a diet, it's a way of life.  It turns up not only in your kitchen, but out to dinner, in your closet and in conversation.  I help you adopt a healthier, compassionate way of eating and being in your life.  I can also help assess your protein intake, supplement supply, leading up to and during pregnancy, body weight and the great plant-based advantage.  We will go over where you're at in your journey and determine the best way for you to move forward.

To veganize my kitchen, do you need to come to my home?

It's easiest if I can see what you have already, how much space you have available and your current eating habits.  That said, we can always do our best to chat about those details over the phone if that's more convenient for you!

If you go shopping for me, are expenses and taxes included in your rates?

No, these costs are additional.  Outside of the hourly rates, you will be invoiced for any agreed upon expense reimbursements (groceries, gifts, etc.).  I will always provide you with a copy of any receipts as proof of expenditure.  Please note that there is a one hour minimum for services required.

What locations do you service?

I am located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada and service between Toronto and Grimsby, and south of Guelph.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're outside that radius but near'ish.  A travel surcharge will apply.

What is your privacy policy?

Any and all information (personal or payment info) is considered private and confidential.  I take discretion seriously.  Whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!

Do you offer referral discounts?

professional services

What kind of experience do you have?

I have spent most of my career in the hospitality industry as an event planner.  I have worked in hotels and restaurants, but primarily in exclusive private clubs in Toronto, Ontario.  My most notable experience was as a Senior Events Manager responsible for the events department and team.  I planned events from 2 to 480 people, arranged custom menus, worked with various vendors, managed the team, was responsible for coaching and mentoring, the development of annual strategic plans, budget analysis, forecast and trend reporting, as well as the development of departmental marketing initiatives.  I have been heavily involved with Chef's, culinary professionals, sommeliers, department heads and operations teams.

Most recently I've had the opportunity to work with incredible organizations and individuals; planning an animal rights fundraiser, the first Canadian animal law gala, business coaching, brand ambassador assistance, business strategization, networking initiatives and more.  Certified as a plant-based nutritionist, I also coach individuals, Chef's and culinary teams on how to put together well balanced plant-based meals or menu items.

I'm looking to include a vegan nutritionist to my roster of professional referrals.  Is this something we can arrange?

Absolutely.  I'm happy to

2% impact

Which organizations do you donate a portion of the 2% to?

I donate to a variety of organizations, often depending on which one is in the most need. My goal is to help those organizations that are rescuing and protecting animals, as well as those who are working on the front lines of justice. I support Dog Tales Rescue and Sanctuary in Ontario and Farm Sanctuary in the US, as well as We Animals, a photojournalist working to bring into view captive animals and Animal Justice, an organization leading the legal fight for animals. Every day I learn more and find new wonderful people and organizations doing incredible things and do my best to help those most in need.  The amount given to each organization and when depends on Little by Little IC's sales, as well as each organizations need.

You mentioned getting people involved and giving back.  What does that mean?

My goal is not only to give back to animal welfare and advocacy, but to keep the conversation going.  Animals need help and a voice in as many ways as possible.  I believe everyone who is vegan, goes vegan or has the chance to experience veganism is contributing to a kinder world and is one less person causing suffering.  I want to inspire you to inspire compassion in others.
