- We will determine your goals (acheiving optimal health and well-being, clean eating, weight loss/gain, how to have a successful plant-based pregnancy, etc.)
- Follow up with a personalized game plan which may include; recommendations for a thriving and balanced intake of food, specific nutrition information, tips on reading labels, strategies for weekly meal planning or recipes to get you started (including both quick and easy, as well as more elaborate).
- 2 x 30 minute follow up appointments to monitor progress, re-assess needs and celebrate successes!
- 30 days of email or texting for support
